Virtual office and registered address in Serbia
Our virtual office gives your company a registered seat address in Belgrade, and your company needs no office of its own. You get a contract for the use of the address and a written statement of the owner's consent. We scan each letter and send it to you by email. Our Start tier includes the virtual office, and you can also add it to any tier or order it alone.
What we handle
- The registered seat address. Your company registers our address as its seat at APR, the Serbian Business Registers Agency.
- The contract for the use of the address. We give you the contract as a lease or as part of a tier.
- The written statement of the owner's consent. We confirm in writing that your company may use the address as its seat.
- The receipt of your mail. We receive the letters for your company at the seat address.
- A scan of each letter. We send the scan to you by email.
- The originals. We keep the originals for pickup, or we forward them to you.
How it works
Request.
You give us the name of your company. We send you the contract for the use of the address.
Contract and statement.
You sign the contract, and we issue the written statement of the owner's consent.
Registration.
Your company registers our address as its seat at APR. A new company puts the address in its registration documents. An existing company files a change of seat on the APR form "Obavezni podaci" (required data) with its annex Dodatak 03. The decision of the competent body of the company goes with it.
Mail.
We scan each letter, send you the scan by email, and keep or forward the original.
End.
When the contract ends, your company registers its new seat.

The postage of forwarded mail is passed on at cost. For an existing company, the APR fee for the change of seat (4,000 RSD) is added.

Questions and answers
Can a company register its seat at a virtual office in Serbia?
Yes. The seat is the place and the address in Serbia from which the business of the company is managed (ZPD Art. 19), and APR asks for no proof of ownership or lease to register it. Where does the mail of the company go?
Mail for the company goes to its seat address (ZPD Art. 20). A company can also register a separate postal address at APR with "Obavezni podaci" and Dodatak 31. With our virtual office, your mail arrives at our address, and we scan it and send it to you by email.
How does an existing company move its seat to your address?
The company files a change of seat at APR with "Obavezni podaci", Dodatak 03 and the decision of the competent body. The APR fee is 4,000 RSD. We prepare the decision and the filing for your signature, and we file the change for you.
What happens when we stop using the address?
When the contract ends, your company registers its new seat at APR.
