IT setup and support for companies in Serbia

We set up the devices, accounts, email and cloud workplace of your Serbian team, and we support the team after the setup. The setup includes the company email address and the e-government registration that the Law on Companies asks of every company. We answer a support request by email within one business day, and we send an offer after an assessment.

Questions and answers

Do you provide IT support?

Yes. We set up the IT of your Serbian company and support your team after the setup. The work goes from the first accounts and devices to the cloud workplace, and on to business software and automation.

What does a new company in Serbia need for IT?

Every company must register an email address and register as a user of e-government services (Law on Companies, Art. 21). A new team also needs accounts, email, devices and one place for shared files. Our guide IT setup for a new company lists the steps.

Can you work with the systems of our group?

Yes. We start from the systems that your group already uses, and we connect the Serbian team to them.

How do you answer a support request?

Your team sends its requests by email and through our forms. We answer each request by email within one business day.

How much do IT setup and support cost?

We price the setup and the support on request. After the assessment, you get an offer with the scope and the price.
