Business software and automation for companies in Serbia

We connect the business software of your Serbian company, and we automate the routine administration that still runs on spreadsheets, email and reminders. We build integrations, document and approval workflows, dashboards for management and, where no existing product fits, custom software. Each project starts with an assessment of the process.

What we handle

The work fits a company whose team in Serbia has grown faster than its administration and its technology.

Which processes should you automate?

Many recurring processes still depend on spreadsheets, emails, reminders and the manual transfer of data between different providers. A good candidate repeats every week or every month, follows fixed rules, and moves data between people or systems. We look for these processes, and we simplify, connect or automate them. The aim is less repetitive work, a clear view of the status, and better figures for the decisions of your management.

How it works

  1. We look at the process.

We map how the work runs today: who does each step, with which tools, and how long each step takes.

  2. We propose a solution.

We use existing software where it fits, and custom software where nothing fits. You get an offer.

  3. We build and connect.

We build the solution and connect it to your systems.

  4. We test with your team.

Your team works with the new process before it replaces the old one.

  5. We support and adapt.

When your process changes, we change the software.

Questions and answers

Can you build software specifically for our company?

Yes. We first assess the process. Where an existing product fits, we set it up and connect it. Where nothing fits, we build custom software for your company.

Can you connect our software with the systems of our group?

Yes. We connect the systems of your Serbian company with the systems of your group.

How long does a project take?

Each offer states the time of the project.

Who owns the software and the data?

Your data belongs to your company at all times. Who owns the code depends on the project, for example on how far it builds on our own software. The written offer states it.

What have you built?

For example, software for procurement and expressions of interest (EOI), an online shop, payment and card-processing integrations with the banks, and dashboards for management.
